What is “Effeuillage Burlesque”?
Tease“, ” Bump & Grind”, “Shimmy&Shake”, … These are short forms, often danced, in which women play with the codes of femininity and surprise the audience. They can dance, act or sing, but they all have one thing in common: they take off their clothes and wear nipple covers, some of which they’ll turn around. There’s sophisticated, glamorous “Classic Burlesque ” and funny, surprising, extravagant “New Burlesque “. All use personal ways of moving, expressing themselves and metamorphosing through a character, but there are movement codes specific to this discipline, such as the “Bump & Grind”, the Shimmy & Shake” and the use of props and lingerie.
Burlesque stripping classes:
All women can create a burlesque stripping act and showcase their femininity through their ideas, creativity and movements. The idea is to express one’s personality and reveal one’s power of seduction through “Tease”, for example. For this, it’s entirely possible to be self-taught or, if you wish, to take classes to learn the codes and movements specific to this dance and gain self-confidence.
What you’ll learn:
Improve posture, walk confidently in heels, learn techniques for playing with accessories like boas, gloves, garter belts and stockings. In a simple, fun way, you’ll learn very different choreographies, each with a different theme. No previous experience is required.
What it will do for you :
You’ll gain confidence and flexibility, learn choreography and techniques that you can then reproduce. You’ll develop a character that will allow you to dare! And maybe even the desire to go one step further and take the stage, or simply treat yourself and why not surprise your partner! You’ll discover the world of this discipline: make-up, hairstyling and costumes.
